Sundance Teacher Supplies Reimbursement Guidelines

For the 2023-2024 school year, each classroom teacher will receive $18 TOTAL per student, to be broken out into two different reimbursement periods of $9 per student. This funding is being provided by the Twin Trails Education Foundation (TTEF) and is a result of the fundraising that takes place throughout the year. We hope this new program will provide our teachers and classrooms with the support and supplies they need for their students!

Reimbursement will happen by submitting receipts for purchases via an online form. Please only submit receipts that contain the items that will be reimbursed and avoid commingling purchases.

Timing Submission period Reimbursement by $ per student
Reimbursement Period 1 Sept 1 – Sept 30 November 1 $9 per student
Reimbursement Period 2 Jan 1 – Jan 31 March 1 $9 per student

Use: 

Funds are intended to be used for items for all students. Funds are not permitted to be used on the following items:

  • food items
  • individual teacher or student supplies
  • gifts
  • gift cards
